Al Mamzar Beach Park
Opened in 1994, Al Mamzar Beach Park is popular with tourists looking to enjoy the sun and the beautiful warm ocean. The lush green vegetation which surrounds the park conceals a stunning beach of fine white sand and crystal blue water.
A place to spend the day
This beach park covers an area of more than 250 acres and includes numerous green areas, showers, barbecues, children's playgrounds, kiosks, swimming pools, and rental cabins.
As in other parts of the country, custom means that only women and children are allowed entry on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Our preferred beach
The beach of Al Mamzar Beach Park is our favorite, and one of the most popular among tourists visiting Dubai. The tranquil waters, palm trees providing shade from the sun, and comprehensive facilities, make the beach park a pleasant day away from the heat of the asphalt.
The only disadvantage is that it's located quite far from Dubai's city center, especially if you're staying in the south. If this is the case, a better alternative would be Jumeirah Beach Park or the Beach JBR.

From Sunday to Wednesday from 8 am to 10 pm.
From Thursday to Saturday and Public Holidays and 8 am to 11 pm.
