Yas Marina Circuit
The Yas Marina Circuit, located on the artificial island of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, is a luxurious venue where some of the most prestigious Formula 1 races in the world have been held since 2009.
The Yas Marina Circuit is located on a man-made island that took 11 years to complete and cost more than $4.4 billion to build. This island is full of fun, given that you'll also find Yas Waterworld water park and the Ferrari World theme park, as well as a golf course and seven modern hotels there.
The circuit at a glance
The Yas Marina Circuit is a track more than 5,500 meters (3.5 miles) long that was built using more than four thousand tons of greywacke rock, a material with a high level of grip imported from the United Kingdom.
Among the details worth noting is the fact that in the middle of the circuit, you'll find the prestigious Viceroy Hotel offering views of the track from the rooms, although it's also possible to watch the races from one of the yachts moored in the marina.

Yas Marina is one of the most important circuits in the world, so for fans of Formula 1, visiting it is a dream come true. If you're not among the speed freaks, you can also enjoy a visit to the circuit to run, ride a bike, or dance to the DJs' music.
